In February 2008, our Company underwent the second year evaluation and passed with flying colours; our score places us amongst the top 12% of all ACS companies. This is a truly remarkable achievement considering the large majority of companies within this level will probably be both larger and operating for longer to attain this level. It is a credit to our Officers and Management staff that this has been possible. In essence, it proves Bowles Security Services to be a very well run, high quality Service Company.

Our company is one of the latest group of successful companies to join a leading edge scheme, designed to help industry improve its safety record. We recently received accreditation from SAFEcontractor, a program which recognises very high standards of health & safety practise amongst UK contractors.

In August this year Bowles Security Services was re-awarded the National Security Inspectorate's Gold award, continuing to show the company's constant drive to reach the highest standards. The NSI Gold award gives the company accreditations in UKAS 9001:2000 Quality Management, a pre-requisite for many companies seeking to use supplier's services. Bowles already meets both the British Standards of BS7499:2007 Security Guarding Services and BS7858:2006 Security Screening & Vetting.
Bowles Security Services sponsors Gurkha Welfare Trust Golf Day

Bowles Security Services was the proud sponsor of the Gurkha Welfare Trust Cup, at the Army Golf Course in Aldershot, on 6th August 2007. Twelve teams competed in the day and a buffet lunch was hosted for all players afterwards. The prizes were presented by Field Marshal the Lord Bramall, Brian Mein (Chairman of Bowles), the Mayor of Aldershot and his wife.
Charles Lynch, Chairman of Friends of the Gurkha (North East Hants), a part of the Gurkha Welfare Trust, was thrilled with the outcome of the day and the money that was raised, claiming it to be one of the best days the charity had done, and thanked Bowles for its kind generosity and support. Bowles is proud to continue to sponsor this event for next year.

The company was awarded the Security Industry Authority's (SIA) Approved Contractor status for a second year running, demonstrating our commitment to maintain the highest standards within the industry. Bowles was one of the first 50 private security companies to receive the ACS accreditation when launched by the SIA. Bowles would like to thank its entire staff for their dedication and hard-work in ensuring the company delivers the best service possible to clients, by using best practice throughout the company day in, day out.
